Confirm your .psd files have been properly separated and layered for animation. (Additional fee applied for uncut .psd files.)

Important: Client must provide artists contact & proof of permission to animate their work.

If your inquiry is accepted, I will contact you with a quote for your project and discuss deadlines and other relevant details.

When your commission is complete, I will upload your file(s) to a google drive folder and provide you a link.

Clients are expected to present an organized and layered .psd for animation.

Please provide thorough explanation for your commission. I accept written descriptions, image and gif references.

All commissions are for personal-use only unless a commercial fee has been purchased.

I accept deadlines - some may require a rush fee depending on size of order and deadline date.

If you are not in immediate communication with me or take more than 24h to respond (ex: I reach out for input & approval) this will affect your time of completion.

Priority Commissions are an addition +50% of the total amount.

Commissions by default have no immediate deadline unless discussed prior to payment. If you would like to include a deadline after payment, a rush order fee may be required.

Commissions can take upwards of 2 weeks - 2 months after payment depending on deadlines and/or your spot in my queue.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission. Should this happen, you will receive a refund.

All prices are in USD via PayPal invoices.

Payments must be received in full before I begin work on your commission.

Tips are not mandatory but they are greatly appreciated! If you choose to do so, you may use direct tip via PayPal.

Additionally, you may support me via Ko-Fi, Twitter Super Follow or Twitch Subscription.

If you, the client, have not purchased a separate commercial fee, I (Mo,"imKaveh") own all the rights to your commission. This means you are not allowed to use your commission for profitable merchandise.

You are allowed to use animated emotes for icons, wallpapers and any graphics for your social media.

Commissions are not allowed to be resold. Reselling a commissioned project is strictly prohibited.

NFT: Clients are not permitted to use any of their commissioned work for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency.

When applicable, please provide proper credit back to my website (imKaveh.art) or Twitter (@imKaveh) when your commission is displayed publicly!

COMMERCIAL USE: You agree to credit my website or twitter where your commission is being used for profit. (eg. Animated Emotes, Graphics, Branding, Live2D Model etc.)
